Working Student Communications, Marketing & Content

(f/m/d)

Impact over just words? At koorvi, you can shape communication that actually matters. We're a Munich-based startup helping brands bring used products back into circulation: for less waste and more value creation. As a Working Student in Communication, Marketing & Content Creation, you'll become part of our small, motivated team and work directly with our founders. You'll develop content that gets noticed, strengthen our presence on LinkedIn and in the media, and bring your ideas to our blog, newsletter, and events.

If you're excited about bringing impactful topics to life creatively and taking on responsibility in a dynamic environment, you're exactly who we're looking for.

About koorvi

We're koorvi, a Munich-based startup with a clear mission: We help brands bring used products, returns, and B-stock back into circulation - simply, digitally, and with purpose. Our software handles the entire process: from buyback through logistics and refurbishment to resale in their own shop. That's how we make circular economy practical: smart processes, less waste, more value creation. For brands, customers, and the planet.

🤓 Your responsibilities

  • koorvi Blog: You plan, write, and publish around four articles per month - from exciting insights to inspiring case studies.
  • LinkedIn is your playground: You manage our company page and support Andrea with content planning, creation, and publishing.
  • The Reuse Playbook: Our webinar format needs some love (and good communication). You handle planning, invitations & follow-up.
  • Newsletter vibes: You keep our investors (and soon other target groups) in the loop with relevant updates.
  • Events & appearances: You support event communication, create materials, and occasionally join us live.
  • Bonus rounds: Every now and then, you help with customer presentations, workshops, or texts like press releases or whitepapers.

💪🏻 What you bring

  • Curiosity & conviction: You're excited about our topics - from circular economy to reuse - and eager to dive into new developments, trends, and cases.
  • Studying? Yeah, ideally: A degree in communications, media, sustainability, or business is helpful, but a specific major isn't a must.
  • Self-starter: You love working independently, creatively, and are motivated to just try things out, startup-style.
  • Digital native with AI skills: You love using (AI) tools smartly to level up your workflow.
  • You've got a way with words: You write fluently, clearly, and with finesse in both German and English.

✨ What you can expect from us

  • Purpose, baby: Your work directly contributes to the visibility and impact of our mission.
  • Hands-on & close to the action: You work closely with our founders Andrea & Mario and get real sparring instead of standard tasks.
  • Grow with us: You gain access to our network of circular economy experts, startups, and doers, and we're happy to support you in building your own network.
  • Room for ideas: You have the freedom to suggest and implement your own topics.
  • Team spirit: We're a small, pragmatic, and motivated team with a good dose of humor and regular team events (which you're welcome to help shape 😉).
  • Top equipment: MacBook, second monitor, and whatever else you need to do great work.

📍 Framework conditions

  • Enrolled at a German university (at least 6 more months of studies remaining)
  • Munich is your home base
  • Start ASAP
  • Approx. 10–12 hours per week, including at least 1 day/week in the office, rest flexible from home
  • €14/hour
